Your community’s parking managed through Reliant Parking. Follow the four steps below to download the app, register your vehicle, and set up guest parking. The whole process takes less than five minutes.
Step 1: Download the App
Search for Reliant Parking in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) and download the free app. You can also scan the QR code below to go directly to the download page.
Step 2: Enter Your Access Code and Create Your Account
Open the app and enter the access code that came with your welcome letter. Your access code is a one-time code that sets up your account. You will no longer need the access code after creating a username and password, as it cannot be reused. Complete your account setup by creating a username and password.
Step 3: Register Your Vehicle and Order Your Permit
Add your vehicle by entering your license plate number and vehicle details after your account is set up. Then order your parking permit through the app. The permit rules for your property apply automatically, so you can only order the permits your unit is eligible for.
Check whether you received a promo code in your welcome materials if your property is launching Reliant Parking for the first time and you are an existing resident. A promo code discounts the cost of your permit for a limited time during the initial rollout period.
Step 4: Register Your Guests Before They Arrive
Open the self-service mobile app and tap “Guest Permit” before your guest arrives. Enter your guest’s license plate number and the dates of their visit. Your community’s guest parking rules apply automatically, and the app will let you know if a request cannot be approved based on your property’s limits.
Your guest does not need to do anything once registered, and they can print the permit in a downloadable PDF format. Enforcement can verify the permit using the permit number or by scanning the license plate through the Reliant system.

Enter your promo code during the permit ordering step in the app if you received one in your welcome materials. Your property either does not offer a discount, or parking is included in your lease at no separate fee if you did not receive one.
