Parking Integration
What is Parking Integration?
Parking integration is the process of connecting your property management software to Reliant’s parking management system so that resident records, lease status, and contact information flow automatically into your parking program.
Rather than manually updating resident information as people move in, move out, or transfer units, Reliant automatically receives these updates from your property management system on a recurring sync schedule.
Supported Property Management Systems
Where a system is not listed, Reliant’s integration team can evaluate compatibility and determine whether a direct connection or alternative solution is available.
Reliant maintains active integrations with leading residential property management platforms, including:
What Reliant Syncs from Your PMS
Typical data includes:
Resident name
Email address
Unit information
Resident status
Move-in status
Move-out status
Lease information (where supported by the PMS)
How Reliant Integration Works
Move-In
Once a resident’s status is updated in the PMS and included in the integration feed, Reliant can automatically provide account access so the resident can register vehicles and manage their parking profile.
Move-Out
Transfers
Resident transfers between units are updated through the integration, reducing the need for duplicate data entry.
Resident Identification
Each integration identifies residents based on the relationship types provided by the PMS, such as leaseholder, co-resident, occupant, or corporate housing resident.
This automated workflow minimizes manual interactions in the parking enforcement process. There is no need for guard booths, permit card readers, or phone-based guest approvals.
