Parking Integration

Reliant’s parking integration framework connects your property management system to your parking operation by automatically syncing resident data, lease status, and contact information. This removes duplicate data entry, reduces administrative workload, and helps keep resident records current within the Reliant platform.

What is Parking Integration?

Parking integration is the process of connecting your property management software to Reliant’s parking management system so that resident records, lease status, and contact information flow automatically into your parking program.

Rather than manually updating resident information as people move in, move out, or transfer units, Reliant automatically receives these updates from your property management system on a recurring sync schedule.

Parking permits, vehicle registrations, guest parking activity, and parking assignments are managed directly within the Reliant platform.
Reliant’s integration framework is designed to work with the property management systems communities already use.
Property management systems supply resident records, lease status, unit information, and contact details to Reliant’s parking database on a recurring sync schedule.
Move-in events allow new residents to receive access to their parking account once they become active in the property management system.
Move-out events remove resident parking access when the PMS reflects the resident’s departure.
Resident transfers are handled without manual re-entry across systems.
These connections eliminate the recurring manual work of maintaining resident records and reduce errors that can occur when information is managed across multiple systems.

Supported Property Management Systems

Where a system is not listed, Reliant’s integration team can evaluate compatibility and determine whether a direct connection or alternative solution is available.

Reliant maintains active integrations with leading residential property management platforms, including:

What Reliant Syncs from Your PMS

Reliant automatically retrieves selected resident information from your property management system on a recurring schedule. Reliant does not pull vehicle registrations, permit records, guest parking activity, or parking assignments from the PMS. These elements are managed directly within the Reliant platform.

Typical data includes:

Resident name

Email address

Unit information

Resident status

Move-in status

Move-out status

Lease information (where supported by the PMS)

How Reliant Integration Works

How Reliant Parking integration works showing move-in, move-out, transfers, and resident identification syncing automatically from the property management system
01

Move-In

Once a resident’s status is updated in the PMS and included in the integration feed, Reliant can automatically provide account access so the resident can register vehicles and manage their parking profile.

02

Move-Out

When the PMS reflects that a resident has moved out, parking access can be removed automatically according to the property’s configuration.
03

Transfers

Resident transfers between units are updated through the integration, reducing the need for duplicate data entry.

04

Resident Identification

Each integration identifies residents based on the relationship types provided by the PMS, such as leaseholder, co-resident, occupant, or corporate housing resident.

This automated workflow minimizes manual interactions in the parking enforcement process. There is no need for guard booths, permit card readers, or phone-based guest approvals.

Other Components of Parking Integration

Resident and Enforcement Applications

Reliant’s Resident App and Enforcement App connect directly to the live parking database.

Residents can:

  • Register vehicles
  • Manage permits
  • Request guest parking (where enabled)
  • Access parking information based on community rules

Management teams can:

  • Search vehicles by license plate, permit, resident, or unit
  • View registration status
  • Manage parking inventory
  • Review violations and enforcement activity
Enforcement personnel can access real-time parking information in the field without contacting the management office.

Integration Protocols and Standards

Reliant connects to supported property management systems using secure integration methods designed for reliability and data accuracy.

Integration methods may include:

Scheduled sync intervals typically occur every four hours, though timing may vary by property management platform.

Security and Compliance

Reliant Parking maintains SOC 2 Type II certification.

Customer data is hosted within Amazon Web Services (AWS) secure cloud infrastructure. Access to production systems is governed by role-based access controls, least-privilege security principles, and multi-factor authentication requirements.
Additional compliance documentation, audit reports, and security information are available through the Reliant Trust Center.
