Reliant Parking Solutions, LLC (“Reliant Parking”) has implemented the following Privacy Policy. Reliant Parking is a San Diego-based company that provides online parking lot/garage permit management through a software solution. Through its website (https://www.reliantparking.com/) (the “Website”), it also permits applicants to contact the company and schedule a software demonstration. Information that we may collect from you or about you, or that you may provide when you visit the Website, any subdomains, Applications (Apps) or otherwise utilize our services (collectively referred to as the “Services”), is governed by this Privacy Policy.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to park on the property or utilize our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. We use this information to analyze usage patterns, observe trends, administer the Website, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Log files are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Sensitive Personal Information

In some circumstances, Reliant Parking may collect government identification numbers, including driver’s license numbers.  This information may be deemed “sensitive personal information” under state privacy laws.  We do not use or disclose such sensitive personal information to “infer” characteristics as defined under state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or for any purpose other than that which is necessary to provide the Services.

To the extent your personal information is collected at the direction of a property manager, we may direct you to your property manager to exercise your rights.  

Verifying Requests: We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request related to your personal information.  To designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, please provide us with a power of attorney or other legally binding written document signed by you and identifying your agent. We may also verify the identity of your designated agent.

Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights. 

California’s Shine the Light Law: California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. At this time, we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. 

Retention Periods

Reliant Parking will generally retain information about you for so long as we have a legal or business purpose for it or a legal requirement to maintain it.  The criteria used to determine our retention periods include:
