Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal proceedings related to this agreement shall be in the District Court for San Diego County, California or in the United States Federal Court Southern District for the State of California. You hereby consent and submit to the jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

In no way do we warrant the site or its operation will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no way do we warrant that defects will be corrected, or that the site is free from viruses and the like. In no way do we warrant use of the site in terms of accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. We are not responsible for the, services, actions or failure to act of the parking lot owner or management company in charge of the management of the parking lot, as applicable, or any other third party (including enforcement companies (e.g., towing companies)) in connection with or referenced on this website. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITS ON THE DURATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MIGHT NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. Our total tort of contract liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action will not exceed the amount paid by you for your current parking permit(s). The foregoing warranties are for your exclusive benefit and are non-transferable.

Violation of the Terms

You understand and agree that in our sole discretion, and without prior notice, we may terminate your access to this website, cancel your parking permit or exercise any other remedy, if we believe that any information you provided has violated or is inconsistent with these Terms of Use or violated our rights of, or the rights of another user of this website or the law. You agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to us for violations of these terms and conditions and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations. We may release user information about you if required by law or subpoena, or if the information is necessary or appropriate to release to address an unlawful or harmful activity. We are not required to provide any refund to you if you are terminated as a user because you have violated these Terms of Use.


You agree to indemnify and hold Reliant Parking, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the website.


These Terms of Use, together with our Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that are referenced herein or otherwise may apply to specific areas of this website, constitute the entire agreement between us and you with respect to this website. This agreement is personal to you and, except with our consent, you may not transfer or assign to any other person (in other words, make another person legally responsible for) the rights granted by, or your obligation to comply with, these Terms of Use.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use or Terms of Sale will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If a court or similar body determines that a portion of these Terms of Use is invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms of Use should stand. These Terms of Use and the Terms of Sale are not intended to benefit any third party, and do not create any third party beneficiaries.  Accordingly, these Terms of Use may only be invoked or enforced by you or us.
